I have a blog which is more of a general blog that includes different topics such as book blogging, lifestyle, and a place where I document my journey to learning a new language which is Korean !
I love to be able to connect with other fellow book bloggers who share similar intrests as I do, as well as meeting those who challenge me to get out of my comfort zone to try new topics!
My blog: mykoreadventures.blogspot.ca

My name is Joy, I’m 19 years old and I study social economic sciences. I love reading books (obviously!) and so I started my book blog in March 2020.
My blog is ohsrslybooks.wordpress.com. Here I mostly share reviews, but also wrap ups, book hauls and other topics. I also have a bookstagram: @ohsrslybooks.
I mostly read contemporary books, but also poetry, non fiction and young adult books.
I’m looking forward to checking out all your blogs!

I review whatever strikes my fancy, but some of my favorite genres are historical fiction, biography, and mystery, YA, middle grade, and contemporary fiction. Right now it's a lot of 2020 books that I can finally get from the library. Every Friday I donate my time to reviewing my favorite teen sleuth, Nancy Drew. When I'm done with her, I'll move on to other children's series books
like Trixie Belden, American Girls, etc.

Anyone have tips on growing my blog that doesn't involve Facebook? I've had some success with a variety of methods, but am wondering if one works better than another with a book blog. Thanks; looking forward to getting to know you all.

My favourite genres are women's fiction, thrillers (domestic, family or children oriented, not anything gory) K-9 police procedurals romance and chick lit as well as some memoirs (particularly medical memoirs or memoirs about living with a disability or health condition or overcoming tough situations in life). I have Cerebral Palsy, Hydrocephalus and 4 vision impairments myself. I love Star Trek (The Next Generation, Voyager Deep Space 9 Picard and Discovery).
Some favourite authors of mine are Sophie Kinsella, Nicholas Sparks Nicholas Evans, Cathy Glass TA Williams Francine Pascal Katherine Applegate Ann M. Martin Peter David Michael Jan Friedman and Lindsey Kelk.
I enjoy novels in Spanish as am bilingual in English and Spanish. I have my own book drafts in various genres (women's fiction, memoir travel writing fantasy YA and short stories) and I love writing competitions. I use voice recognition software to use a computer and write books. I use my iPad's VoiceOver screen reader to have books read out to me to reduce eyestrain and because it's relaxing.
I would love to be a published author someday.

I'm a Melbournian studying hard to get into med school by day, and huge ya-fiction fanatic by night!
I've had Bookalicious for almost 3 years but it went on a huge holiday because of school + extra curricula commitments, so now I'm back and it's better than ever (woooo)
I love reading and reviewing all ya-fiction books, but my favourite part is when I am sent a book that hasn't been hyped up yet, and I end up LOVING it! (DIMILY by Estelle Maskame was the first, it was awesome!!). Although, the worst thing is having to wait longer for fellow fans and even longer for the next books in the series haha
I'm so excited to see what this group is all about and meet more friendly book bloggers!
