Can't remember the name author - set in Bitain/Ireland, about parents who run a pub and their little girl is murdered and there is a sinister older girl who comes in with her parents...

Maybe In the Woods? I don't remember if the parents run a pub, but it's set in Ireland and there is a murdered daughter and a creepy older sister.
