State of Wonder by Ann Patchett 4 stars

This seemed to be exactly what I was needing to read right now. An adventure in the Amazon. I liked this book a lot but it almost started to drag in the middle and I didn’t like part of the ending.

I enjoyed it when I read it, but if I remember correctly people were pretty divided about it.

I like Pachett's work but I've been a bit hesitant about reading her most recent.

I also enjoyed this book. The setting initially intrigued me. Patchett is definitely an author that can be hit or miss for me.
