When To Add To Goodreads?

I'm working on a novel; so far, I've written almost 8000 words. My goal is 50,000--the average novel length, from what I've seen. I plan to self-publish as an ebook through Smashwords, since I've had good experiences with that site before.
When should I add it to GR? When I finish the first draft? When it's published? Now?!

Whenever you want, really. I've always been so impatient that I've uploaded WIPs as I'm writing them (although I've stopped doing that nowadays), so just go by whenever you feel is the best.
