Kane woke up from his sleep. He had been up on his computer all night. It was about 12 P.M. He got dressed and went over to his fridge and pulled out some food and sat on his bed and began to eat.
Melody found herself at his door....finally she thought it's going to be over. Melody knocked on the door ever so gently
Kane yelled a mouth full of steak " Who is it " he had swallowed his food and got up and opened the after there was no answer. It was melody. " What ?"(( i think they should know each other ))
Melody heard the door unlock and ran in full speed knocking Kane over. Siting up on top of him "You made it finally I thought you would never get here." Helping Kane up Melody hugged him tightly never wanting to let go((Ok))
" Huh " he was still half asleep he couldn't remember what he had just ate. " Fill me in. I just woke up and cant remember a thing."
Half dragging Kane back to the bed where stretched out Melody sat down next to him "sorry I'm just happy to see you is all."
" Oh " he sat on his bed taking a huge bite out of his steak
He was groggy and he finally woke up a little. " So whats up." Melody was one of the few people he trusted.
"Nothing much I was just wanted to come see you is all." Looking around Melody could tell Kane had been up all night "So how much sleep did you get this time?"
" About one, but its okay, ill survive" he said biting off his last piece of steak.
" Tumblr is more important. " He remembers thats how Melody and him first met. He chuckled a little and smiled at the thought.
Melody softly pushed him "What are you laughing at weirdo?"
" How we met on Tumblr, Just happy times" he was happy for the first time in along time.
Laughing at the memory she almost forgot it, with all the good times they had in the past "Random thought much." Melody couldn't stop thinking about it now "Your such a nerd."
This is why he liked her. Her witty remarks. But there love is forbidden. He became sad again and lay back on his bed.
Feeling the mood change Melody laid down with him "What's wrong and don't lie to me."
" I cant talk about it. Its to much. " a tear dripped from his eye and he quickly wiped it away so Melody didnt see it . He is a demon and he has a reputation to uphold.
Moving closer Melody laid her head down on his chest "Demon and his angel friend.... Weird isn't it."
" Yea... weird combo. " he ran his fingers through her soft hair and he felt as if he could lay there forever.

He stayed laying there " Just lay here with you in my arms. I hate how we cant be together. If only i could become like you an angel." a tear fell on his bed and burn yet another hole in the blanket.
Melody sat upright for the longest thinking about Donolo her past love how she missed him. Melody always knew she wouldn't find another but Kane had awakened something in Melody she didn't think was possible. "Ok" as she lay back down she cuddled even closer to Kane hoping the feel of him would be enough
They lay there and Kane hadn't ever felt like this before. He was thinking. There has to be a way. " We have to find a way to make me angel, or we must do the forbidden." He sat up and went to his closet and he grabbed his favorite suit. He had become comfortable enough to change in front of Melody. He got into his underwear exposing his bony body. He then put on the suit. " Lets talk to the Dean or someone."
Dazed and confused "You wanna do what?" Pulling her self up off the bed "why do you wanna talk to the dean."
" To try to find a way to turn me. I would much rather be an angel that has the same powers." He felt as if this was his destiny.
Frozen unable to move Melody couldn't breathe and she could barely talk her voice came out as whispers "Kane you can't, it's in heard of to actually change your self." Feeling stronger now Melody looked him in the eye "Please tell me this isn't about you and me again."
" Yes it is about us. I never felt this way with anyone before and i can tell you feel the same way Melody." At this point, Kane thinks everyone inthe dorm hall can hear them.
"Kane please not again. We've been through this. Yes I have feelings for you but I cant and you know I can't." Walking up closer to him she could smell a hint of steak still on him. Staring into those dark evil black eyes that she found adorable Melody placed her hand on his cheek trying to calm him down
His eyes glazed over and he picked up Melody and she began to squirm. In a demonic voice he stated chanting in Latin and he didn't even know what he was saying.
"Put me down now." Melody didn't want to turn warrior angle but she didn't have a choice but she didn't want to hurt him "Kane stop!"
Kane dropped her and he collapsed on the floor. He had passed out.
Pulling herself up off the Melody rushed to Kane. "Kane wake up" she slapped him as hard as she could hoping it would help but she knew it wouldn't. He needed to rest. Melody used all her strength to pull Kane onto the bed.
A few hours later Kane Jumped up " What happened" he was breathing heavy
Turning over to face him Melody seemed to have fallen asleep next to Kane. Propping herself "Well let's see are you talking about before you went all demon on me or after you went all demon" she said as she laid back down
" Im sorry, but you know that happens randomly and i cant control it." he wrapped his arms around her and whispered in her ear" Im sorry"
Facing towards him she buried her face in his chest and cried for the first time in a long time "I hate when you do that, it scares the hell out of me half the time. Even thought I know you'll be fine it still makes me think I've lost you"
" I will never leave you " he held her tight and pulled her close.
Looking up at him she knew in her heart that this was right but it was forbidden "I'm sorry for this." Melody pulled him closer to her and kissed him gently on the lips.
Kane continued kissing Melody. This had never happened before and probably never again.
shocked when he kissed her back melody had to stop. "Kane we can't" As much as she wanted to she couldn't, she knew she would only be leading him on.
" I know. What did you mean earlier when you said i couldn't change into and angel. I know there is a way." Kane said this in a sad but curious manner.
Resting her head on his chest melody gently slid her hands down his chest "Kane even if there is another way I don't care." Siting up staring into his eyes " I love you just the way you are now. A demon."
He looked at her and said yea but you know we have feelings for each other. I dont want what happened to romeo and Juliet to happen to us. "
"That won't happen and plus they didn't really know one another. We do we have for these past couple of years but it seems so much longer." Grabbing his hands "your fine the way you are ."
He blushed and he stood up. " I have to go eat. Wanna come. " Later that day he was going to see the Dean.
"Yea I'm starved, where to?" She rolled off the bed standing up
" lets go to the Pub. I need a burger." He laughed and held his arm with his hand on his hip and his elbow extended. " Shall we? "
Looping his and her arm together "We shall."
