Two Errors

1) The Mixer: the Story of Premier League Tactics page lists the late Michael Andrew Cox as the author, but the author is the very much living Michael Cox of the Zonal Marking website.

2) When you UPC scan the UK hardcover edition of book, you get this page: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/3...

which lists the book's ISBN as its title. This page should be merged with the main book.
