BLARGH!! ~ this face was like but on meth. The main character was definitely on something. It reminded me of a shallow version of the movie The Machinist. I couldn't look away though.

5. by Carl Hiaasen ~ o my gosh this book exceeded all expectations. I needed a book set in Florida. A quick catalog check brought up this author's books. This novel was purple with a vole on the front. Jackpot. And then it happened to be hilarious. I loved it. (8/28/17) (🖤🖤🖤🖤) (Note: this book is a trash read.)

WOOHOO Kim!

I heard the same thing about #1 Into the Water. I loved #5 Bared to You. The Crossfire series was better than Fifty Shades series, although very similar.

Thanks Joanne! I had no idea what the contents were when I started Bared to You. I've read the original version of Fifty Shades, which is completely a fan fiction book based on Edward and Bella . She just changed their names throughout. It was getting too popular on fan fiction for her. This better, but some situations hard to read. Still, I'm going to try book 2 and see what I think.
