Nell (nellyn) | 8 comments There are two other Explorations anthologies though they appear to not be connected beyond their title. Explorations: War (ASIN B0743H6F7P) and Explorations: Through the Wormhole (ASIN B01LC0JZD4).

I only bring it up because I started reading First Contact (ASIN B01NCUWEF8)... And noticed it wasn't marked a series. Editors are not identical. But some appear on more than one Explorations item. They can all be found as Kindle eBook while only two are in paperback.

If they're not a series, that's fine. I just couldn't locate where it might have been checked on. Thanks.

Empress (the_empress) I think most anthologies would fall under the imprint category.

Only books with the same characters and/or universes can be added as series.

For example if in any of these anthologies there is a short story that is from any known universe that has a series page (like the 40k universe which already has few hundred books in) that anthology book can be added to that series page.

But unless all stories in the anthologies are connected beyond their theme (same universe) I would not create a series page.

I hope that makes sense.

Also we have an ongoing topic about this since it is not always clear and sometimes exceptions are made (mainly with non-fictions). I personally would not make an exception for anthologies, but you can seek further opinions about this.

Listopia is an alternative. We also have locked listopias (Static listopias I think they are called)

Nell (nellyn) | 8 comments Thank you for the advice. It makes sense that it would be different than a series.
