also for the record, my dad is an orthodontist, my whole family is dentists, and i'm a pre-dental student, so this is one thing i actually do know lmao

tbh, i feel kind of like aubree said because mine aren't really too bad at all. like, when they were coming in, i could feel them, but it didn't really hurt. Just kind of like mild soreness if i bit down on it? And now that one is in but ik some people say it hurt pretty bad for them, so, yeah, probably all up to the person and their mouth.
mine never broke the gum, personally.
also, since they move, once it starts being sore/feeling it, it won't necessarily stay that way. mine was on/off, and most of the time i couldn't feel it at all. sometimes it felt like there was food stuck between my molar and my gum in the back, if that makes sense? like that kind of annoying pressure but not painful fo rme.

I get what you mean. I remember mine being a little painful, but, like i said, just a mild soreness. Like, they don't hurt anymore at all. I just really hope that it's fine that only half of my right one came in and that they don't need to be taken out or anything.

3 of mine are impacted Bc my mouth is too small for all of the teeth I have already lol 3 are coming in and touching other teeth bc they're coming in at an inward angle towards the other teeth, and then my top left one is coming down straight onto the closest tooth right into the roots (so I might not be getting that one out today).
Mine was one of the more painful ones :((
Once they broke the gums it hurt for about 2 and a half weeks straight of just severe pain 24/7 and my one bled a bit
Then all of the sudden the pain was gone, but if I think about it I can feel where all of they are bc they're so much pressure in my mouth
I guess they flare up every once and while if you let them hang out for a bit tho so if you're dentist recommends you to get them out I wouldn't dick around haha

I had the extraction this morning at 9. I have pain but I feel like myself the drugs didn't really effect me the same way you see in all of the videos lol I'm very aware and comprehensive of everything

no actually it's just senior year, i just think about applying and it's like, wow, i would rather die ! the usual. but oh a summer class ? did you have to or was it your choice? how's pre-dental going ? (idk what it's actually called but pre-med is a thing so i assume pre-den[tal] is as well )

Well that's still exciting no matter what the reason is, that's really sweet of you! I work for a nonprofit and we have a lot of assisted living homes we manage and they come through our office a lot, always a good experience :)

i've got a few ideas on where i want to go yeah, just stresses me out thinking about it and the like. Plus if i decide to apply for certain majors I might have to compile a portfolio, and that's difficult. but i'm sure i'll figure it out.
and hey, gpa boosts are great! gotta love 'em honestly. and i bet, i personally wouldn't enjoy dentistry but i assume the human mouth isn't exactly an easy thing to learn and work with. do you already know what you what to do post-graduation? like be a dentist, or a dentists assistant, etc. ?

i had one cavity so I had to get a filling. and i told the dentist about how i felt it last time and he felt really bad. he made sure i was super numb.
so now i can't feel up to like my ear. xD

Did they mention anything about your wisdom teeth??
I asked them about it and they're going to get the x-ray from my orthodontist and then really look into it.but my dentist said he didn't think they would have to be taken out, so that's good :)
