I really wouldn't have a clue. I look at the list and think "huh?" I don't think I'm accepted at all of them, no doubt due to genre, but I was only really after iBooks. I'm happy to be on Nook and Kobo I have at least heard of them!

This is some great info! I think Ingram spark does ebooks but I have never used them for that. Looks like there is a $25 set up fee for just ebook, $49 for ebook and print. They do offer free set up specials throughout the year so watch for those promos. They claim they distribute to:

Ingram spark also distributes to Book Depository. The main reason why we put our titles on Book Depository is because they deliver to almost anywhere in the world for free. This way, when we do a Goodreads giveaway, we don't have to exclude places like South Africa (lots of English speaking readers) because of the $25 shipping cost. The $9.99 paperback is still $9.99 on BookDepository with free shipping. If the giveaway winner is in the US, we ship using media mail. If the winner is outside the US and Canada, we order from Book Depository and ship.directly to the winner.
