Tabitha | 17 comments Hello Everyone. Ok I am sorry but I can't remember the author either but I do remember three parts in the book and have been looking for it. I just hope I have not mixed up two books. So in the book this first thing I remember is the is the female lead was at the pack picnic and the male lead was at the food and the pack female came was flirting and the lead famale has powers and she end up dumping food on the one flirting with the alpha. Then another part is the the female lead was attacked by the female who wanted to mate with the alpha and the lead had not changed yet but was able to use her power and the when she did not think she could go anymore she changed( I think wolf but could be something else too) and was still able to use her power and put a big tree branch on the attacking female to keep her pinned, the last part I rememner is when the male lead shows up he tells the female lead the sense she was attack she should give the punishment and she say that because the attcker want to be mated then she should and the alpha pick the one that has been in love with attacker. This is all I can remember if anyone can help with name. I have looking into my hard copies and kindle and still can't remember the name. I might even have two books running together because I read back to back. Thank you all.

Tabitha--don't worry about Spoilers in this group. They are often required in order to get a book found.

I don't recognize your book, but I have a few questions:

1) do you remember the cover?
2) What kind of power did the female MC have--was it psychic, fae, witch?
3) Do you think that this might have been part of a series?
4) was everyone aware that shape-shifters (and whatever the MC was) exist or were they hiding what they were from the rest of society?

Tabitha | 17 comments Sorry I don't remember the cover but the female MC could move thing with her mind. I think she had fae but not full blooded. I also want to say it was a BBW. She was talking about how all the other female was skinny and pretty. The part where they was at pack picnic and she dump the food on the other woman I know that the 2nd and others was laughing at male MC. LOL I dont remember if everyone knew or not. I do remember her walking to the woods to think and that was where she was attacked. I really want to say they was wolves because her coat was brown. Like I said I remember parts but the start of the book and name I just can't see it. It is hard for me because I read back to back when not with my kids.

But clearly identifying details of the book in the title helps to AVOID spoilers because then you don't have to read the thread AND spoilers if you think you don't know/haven't read the book yet... Otherwise you always have to take that chance, unless of course you have read every book in the world.

Scott Big spoilers shouldn't be in the title. Once the book is solved, it gets attached to the book and shows up in its discussions, and yesterday I had a book I just bought completely spoilt because I happened to glance at that section on the book page while I was reading reviews.

Tytti | 190 comments No, not big spoilers of course. But the genre, year, some names, other stuff that you might recognize if you have read it (or can be read from the blurb). And really big spoilers (like character deaths) might still be put in spoiler tags. I was spoiled one book by the title of a thread, too. (For some reason it appeared in my feed for a while even when I was not marked it read.)

Scott The one I got was an "it turned out they were all dead" spoiler. Argh!

Discovering Her Wolfen Heritage for the click link to this book.

There are ways to hide "spoilers" here in GR if you are concerned about it. Type <*spoiler> then the body of your spoilers <*/spoiler> but take out the *. (view spoiler).

Unfortunately, in this group the spoilers are almost required, since in many cases, what is remember about the book ARE the spoilers.
