Hi all Around a year ago I went to my local library and saw a book that caught my attention: it was in a box that contained a novel and a notebook with annotations made by the main character. The main character was a detective that had conversations with a clairvoyant that sometimes was a man and other times a woman. He also maintained conversations with Pushkin, who was said to be of african-american origin. I remember that the author was european, czech or romanian maybe, and it was contemporanean (1900's - to date). I'm sorry I can't provide with anymore details, any help would be appreciated and thanks for reading this!
