Kaye Schmitz | 1 comments Hello. I have a question about a review that was posted on my book's site. It was posted by a member name Melody---and on my book page it shows it as 2 stars yet when I click on Melody's name to go to her page it shows it there as 3 stars. Why wouldn't it be showing as 3 stars on my page as well? Seems like an error in the system?

Melanti | 761 comments It could be a caching issue. It looks like she changed the rating just a couple of hours ago, and it can take a day or two to update.

Librarians have no control over individual ratings or reviews. If you are having a problem with yours, you'll need to use the Contact Us link on the Help page.
