This one actually has a good reason behind it - it's to keep people from riding their horses up along a creek in fragile riparian areas and damaging the stream bed or banks. But it sounds funny.

I started this discussion because I read the inside of my Snapple peach tea lid, and it says "Real Fact #1400: In Alabama it's illegal to carry an ice cream cone in your back pocket at any time." I really want to know the back (pocket) story on that one.
