I JUST read a summary of a book where a girl wakes up on her sixteenth birthday every two years having been shot and she has to track down who did it. She is looking for a boy who can help her. Meanwhile, there is an asteroid headed toward Earth. So, there's that...I will TRY to locate the title if I can but the summary is SO bizarre it can literally only BE one book.
