The heroine runs a boarding house. The hero is a law man who comes to town looking for a train robber. He stays at the boarding house the heroine owns. She is actually the train robber. She is doing it for revenge. I think the train owner stole from her father and maybe killed him when she was young. I read this book in the 90's probably.
