There is more than one shelving of the 1970 Bantam paperback edition of this.

The third one I found is this: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2..., but perhaps nothing can be done with it. It has the cover image of the Bantam Books edition but says it was published by Pocket Books (no date is given).
Could someone combine at least the first two?
In addition, there is a separate entry: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/3.... Could this be folded into the entry that has all the other editions? I'm purposely leaving out editions of the play that the novel was turned into.

I separated the two Bantam editions and listed them for merging by a super.

The Bantam and Pocket editions have different ISBNs, so clearly they cannot be merged.

I combined the Open Road Media editions with the rest.
