Chu takes the initiative to track down the Triad shakedown suspect, Bo-Jing Chang, which incensed Harry. Was Chu out of line or was Harry needlessly upset?

Lauren (laurenjberman) Chu was out of line as this was not his case. He was only brought in as a translator and ended up insinuating himself into the investigation. Harry had a right to be annoyed although perhaps he could have been a bit more friendly.

I thought so, too. To go so far as to track down the suspect without alerting the lead investigator and bring in two local detectives was just crazy. I actually thought Harry was his most measured here.
