In a chapter of the book, Connor asks his parents to write a letter to him/write a part of his book. This chapter contains a letter from both of his parents that help illustrate more of who Connor is and definitely gives more context to his childhood.

So, here's an idea for you – Ask YOUR parent(s) to write a letter to you, about you, as a potential way to better understand who you are and how you are viewed by others. If people refuse to participate, maybe try writing a letter to yourself in some way, shape, or form. Or maybe do it in such a way that you write what you think someone else might say. Once you've done this, consider what you wrote. Is it inherently positive or negative? As such, take a moment to respond to how or why this letter was written the way it was.
