Hip hip hooray. I've found my series. I saw one of the books mentioned on a post somewhere, but now can't find it, and went out and found a used copy for not too much. (Ok, www.paperbackswap.com so I basically got it for free.) And there it was. One of the books in the series that I was looking for. The Love Tangle So, that's one down.

These were definitely from one of the major historical romance publishers, but could have been by different authors, since several series were like that.
The MC's for the 3 books in the series were all dancers at the London ballet, set some time in Victorian times, I think, rather than Regency. One was the "star" of the ballet and one of the first of the "toe" dancers (i.e. she danced en pointe). She was also the last one to get married of the 3 (I think it was 3) friends. Her "love interest" was the wealthiest and most influential of the 3 H's.
The second dancer was an aristocrat's daughter who for some reason (father lost all his money, the title went to a cousin, whatever) had to work for a living, and didn't have enough education (or was to smart to do it) to be a governess, but she could dance, so that's what she did to earn a living, and I think she was also supporting her mother or possibly younger siblings, but this part (the part about supporting other family members) I might have wrong.
The third of the 3 was called la Belle Belle, because her name was Belle and she was Cockney (born within earshot of the Bow Bells in London) and was extremely tall and beautiful.
The men had all wanted the women as mistresses, but the h's refused to follow that path, and they finally married at the end of the third book, because (view spoiler)[the 2 men who were in love with the non-star went to the more powerful one and said that if HE attended their weddings it would go a long way to make Society where they primarily lived --in London for one, in the country for the other--accept the women. And he realized that if it would work for the other men, he could certainly carry off his own marriage to a "ballet dancer".
Anyway, as I said, the series just suddenly popped into my head because of one of the requests, so thought I'd post and see if anyone knew what it was. (hide spoiler)]
