Johnny I think he is Thomas Pynchon writing under an alias in hiding. Just a theory.


Savannah I never thought it might be a pen name. I thought he was just some Brit who probably didn't get enough recognition for his utter, sheer brilliance.

Is Pynchon's work similar? If so, I should read him.

Johnny Pynchon's first book, "The Crying of Lot 49", is amazingly weird yet a little less graphic possibly because it was written in the mid 60's. I highly recommend it. Pynchon is a notorious recluse and my comment above was a half-joke, but you never know. Stranger things have happened.
