Hey folks! Here's what's coming for all of us:

1. I've created a folder for topics on Genre Discussion - each discussion will have a genre title where you can talk as much as you like about your specific genre.
2. A folder for Recommendations by genre - Thisone will be a place where people can find quick recommdations for books in various genres. Again, each discussion will have a title of a specific genre, and this one will be a place to just leave your recommendations, not for discusssion.
3. Finally, I'm creating a folder where people can just start a discussion based on whatever book they're reading.

These are all works in progress so bear with me. All other discussions are welccome to happen in just the general group discussions area. Please just remember ti be kind and non-judgemental.

Happy Reading!!

Viacheslav (james_b) | 1 comments Hi
Where can we discuss the podcast? Thank you!

Scott | 13 comments I'd support a news thread, perhaps incorporated into the genres but not necessary. I have in mind an area to post upcoming author interviews/meets, festivals, awards (maybe a separate category). I'd also suggest good book deals but this can certainly be added into the genre specific recommendations as well.
I second the podcast subdirectory, and maybe with this or separately an area to organize local meet-ups?
Just some thoughts, Thanks!

Hi Vaclav,
There is now a podcast discussion folder. You can discuss each episode in their own post.

Hi Scott, I've created a bookish news section, with one post for each month (ie July 2017, August 2017). I've also created a section for a podcast directory with a post for each episode. Finally, there is now a bookish events section, with a few posts created for major cities. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Jillypenny Hi! This is a comment for Rachel. When you first wrote "spoopy" book exchange, I thought you had misspelled spooky. It took me a while to figure out what you meant. You may want to make it clear to some of the participants (ie: old farts like me!),who may not know this slang term, what spoopy means. Thanks! Jill

Hey Jill! I'll keep that in mind :)

Allison (allisonface) | 19 comments Yup, I had no idea spoopy was a thing. Hope we don't have to stick too closely to the theme for this one!

You don't! I posted in the FAQ's that it's just the title :)
