Create a new series & how to update existing books

Hello to all librarians,

I have added a few books that belong to an edited journal, International Socialism. I have formatted their titles to include the series in it (see below) but I could not create the series itself (not a librarian I guess).

Could somebody create the series "International Socialism" and let me know if I then can edit the books myself?

Also, there are quite a few existing books (155) that will need to be updated (and reformated). I am willing to do this but cannot edit existing book, only adding a new edition. Is that the proper way of doing it?

That sounds more like an imprint than a series for Goodreads purposes.

I would suggest adding the works to a Listopia list and then requesting (here) that it is made fixed to limit it to those works only.

Thanks Amy, just found the Librarians note re: series and imprints and you are right, they are imprints.
Will edit them accordingly and create the list as you suggested.
