I just started reading this book. Not sure what I think yet. The last one ended on such a downer note that I don't know what to expect.

I have been reading this book ... got past 60%. But I can't seem to get into it. I didn't like it at all, and then the audiobook I was using became unavailable to me. So I think I'm going to have to give up on it. :(

I still feel so unsure on Mehmed I want him to be soft but he just keeps being a rat it's so frustrating. Radu deserves the world and has never done a wrong thing ever

Lada's set up is so interesting for bright we burn and I can't wait for her to come for everyone

He says that he loves Lada but then goes behind her back for peace in his country. He is so obsessed with getting Constantinople but doesn't understand Lada's need for Wallachia which is dumb. He knows how Radu feels about him and is just manipulating him. I hope that Lada shows him that he can't get away with this and that Radu find someone because he deserves someone better than Mehmed.
