Partying snails brings to mind an age-old question...

Do "beer traps" really catch slugs & snails?

Are beer traps an awesome gardening tip (as long as you're not a slug!), or a myth in need of busting?

You know, my soon-to-be mother-in-law says she uses beer traps in her garden and they work! Lol

From the vids I've seen, it looks like slugs & snails do ♥ beer... but the key is making a trap they can't get out of! (I wonder if they die happy & intoxicated?)
