Sophia James (sophia100) | 20 comments Try The Cursed Sister. It is actually based in 1972 but it is about events that took place in WW2. It features a female survivor of Belsen concentration camps hunting down a group of SS guards. I thought it was excellent and the leading female character is brilliant.

Renee (elenarenee) | 460 comments Beneath a Scarlet Sky was one of the best WWII books i have ever read. I would love to read more like this if anyone know of them. I am tired of reading about France and Germany. I want to read about what happened in other places. I want something in Africa, Greece, or Norway

Doris (webgeekstress) The Women in the Castle looks at women who survived after their husbands were arrested in a plot on Hitler's life.
