SOLVED. Author stalked by a guy she met in a writing group. [s]

The book is about a guy and an author who is trying to get another book deal. It's written in both of their POVs and at some point, the stalker breaks into her house and deletes her email, kills one of her friends and hides in her house whilst she's in her house. At one point he loses interest and starts dating a different girl and the author becomes jealous so the tables turn and she kind of starts stalking the guy and harassing his new girlfriend.I think the cover is blue aswell? I'm sorry for any spoilers and thank you for helping me find it!

Was the man dating this woman author AS he stalked her? So he's stalking her anonymously, presumably, and she doesn't know that he is stalking her and killed one of her friends, and so she's jealous that they broke up? Or she knows he killed one of her friends and stalked her, and she's still jealous he has a girlfriend?

No the man wasn't dating the author, he stalked her and the woman caught him when it went too far. The man gave up and started dating this lady and the author started getting jealous. It ends with them getting together but not married
