A Storm of Swords re-read guide

Hi guys,

My ASOIAF fanclub is having an ASoS re-read next month till December. Aside from towerofthehand.com, do you have any other reading guide/discussion topics/etc that we could use?

We will only meet once a month so we're thinking to split the book into six parts.

I'm not sure if I understand exactly what is it that you need, but maybe asoiaf.westeros.org or awoiaf.westeros.org could be of use. They are a forum and a wiki respectively.

Not information on the books but more like guide for discussion for book club. Themes/topics/questions, those sorts of things. I am going to moderate one of the sessions so it would be great to have some guidance first to live up the discussion.
