I was bored with the whole Mayan apocalypse portion of the story. I ended up skimming some of it.I also thought the whole looking for the woman who has a tattoo, but not knowing what the tattoo looks like or where it is located was a bit ridiculous. Also, why didn't Eileen tell Jack up front that she had triplets. Why wait until she was slipping into a coma to tell him?

The only reason I could think of for Eileen to not be forthcoming is to protect the children. I'm hoping there's more about this in the next two books.
It will be interesting to see what occupies the other two sisters.
The Maya apocalypse thing probably played better when this book was published before 2012. I enjoyed the Mayan history, but I usually like that kind of thing.
