As your copy has a different cover to the one you linked to, we need to create an Alternative Cover Edition. I've checked the editions already in the database and none has your cover. So I've created it:https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/3...
It differs very little from the initial cover so I dared not suggest it as an ACE.Are you going to leave the initial entry's page number at 306?

I own a copy of this book, with the exact cover version listed on Worldcat and Amazon, each displaying a different and wrong page number:

Note: numbering begins on the first page of the novel and goes to 387 (title page, colophon, dedication and epigraph are not numbered). The text of the novel ends on the next page though, which is also not numbered.
