Hi, I'm Erin, and I'm currently working on a few books...I just finished "Black Spring" by Henry Miller.
Hello, I'm Stacey and I'm reading The Handmaid's Tale by Margaret Atwood. Love seeing what everyone is reading.
Hi, Meg here. Just finished John Grisham's Camino Island. The main character is NOT a lawyer, but an aspiring writer!
Hi, I'm Alana and I had picked up Printmaking: A Contemporary Perspective and 25 Women Essays on Their Art a few weeks ago and I'm just digging into them now. Happy to be here!
Hi everyone! My name is Jess. I just finished The Girl with All the Gifts by M.R. Carey after speed reading it in 3 days! Very edge of your seat read, and not your typical zombie apocalypse story. Today I just started The Animators by Kayla Rae Whitaker. Dark, honest, and humorous so far.
Rebekah Wright. Not sure if you would also need my e mail address or anything else (rebekah11eleven@yahoo.com). The book I am just finishing is Alaska Nights By Debbie MacComber
Hi fellow readers - I'm Michelle and I'm currently reading Riding Lessons by Sara Gruen (Water For Elephants).
Alicia! Currently staring at my massive piles of books after returning from a conference, but reading The Thing with Feathers.
Hi I just finished reading Handmaids Tale. Highly recommend to accompany the Hulu series. Also just read Blitzed about the drug use in Nazi Germany-- for history buffs quite insightful.
Hi my name is Akua. I'm currently reading Urban Alchemy and contemplating reading one of the Beach Reads either Big Stone Gap or All the Single Ladies.
Hi everyone!! I'm Jennifer and I'm reading Saints for All Occasions. I'm almost done and I can't put it down!
Hi!! My name is Melissa and this sounds like so much fun! I just started A Perilous Undertaking by Deanna Raybourn as my beach read. I'm also currently rereading the Harry Potter series as part of the Wizarding World Book Club! Have a fun summer!

Are you enjoying it so far?
Hi - This is Kendra. I am reading Nathanael Johnson's /Unseen City./ So far, I love it. The first chapter opens by the author being sullied by pigeon doo. What's not to like?!
My name is Marjorie. I am reading Orphan Train by Christina Baker Kline. Excellent book and quick read. It is 273 pages and is out in paperback.
I am Jennifer! I haven't had a chance to stop in a branch recently but would like to join! I'm almost finished with Sons and Daughters of Ease and Plenty (which is lovely, btw), and just before that I spent the better part of two months reading 1Q84. It was terrific, but long - looking for a challenge to get my book/reading goals back on track!
Hi, I'm Anne. I think i signed up under the wrong post but i finished my beach read and have moved onto the 2nd week.
Tor here - just finished Oliver Sacks' Musicophilia: Tales of Music and the Brain and now reading More Songwriters on Songwriting by Paul Zollo.
Some call me Tim, and I'm reading "The Handmaid's Tale," "Tell Me How It Ends," and, "An Abundance of Katherine's."

Tim wrote: "Some call me Tim, and I'm reading "The Handmaid's Tale," "Tell Me How It Ends," and, "An Abundance of Katherine's.""Oh, An Abundance of Katherine's! That is a good one. I may suggest it to my 9th grade son for his summer reading project. Any other suggestions welcome. The only thing he really likes to read are things like World Fact Book and the Flag Encyclopedia. Teacher said he can't use those since they don't have things like plot or character. Non-fiction is allowed, though.
Hi. I'm Diane. I'm currently reading The Lost Child by Caryl Phillips and Satchel by Larry Tye. I just finished the Nix by Nathan Hill.
When my son was in the 9th grade, he enjoyed the Red Rising trilogy by Pierce Brown. (I actually enjoyed it too). However, there are lots of battles and some of it is pretty violent.
Hi. I am Jody and I am immersed in Miss You by Kate Eberlen. I've got it going in the car and reading it in print. So far a great summer read. I'm working my way through Hidden Figures by Margot Lee Shetterly since the movie was so inspiring.
Hi, I'm Brianna. Currently reading Final Gifts, a book on two hospice nurses' experiences caring for their dying patients.
Good Morning, I'm Eva and currently I am reading Worth It, by Amanda Steinberg and Don't Make Me Think, Revisited, but Steve Krug.
I just finished reading another great book called "Quiet Until The Thaw" by Alexandra Fuller. Very good read with some Native American thought and self reflection. Quick easy summer read. Great author.
I just began reading the first book by Alexandra Fuller called "Don't Let's Go to the Dogs Tonight: An African Childhood". It is very good. She is an outstanding author. She grew up in Africa with her parents and two sisters. The country was in war.
