SOLVED. Harlequin book where the h is a mechanic. [s]

Hi all,

I'm looking for a Harlequin/Silhouette book that I read in Spanish many years ago, around 10 or so. In Spanish, the Harlequin lines were different, so this book was part of a line called Julia, but I don't know if it's Harlquien Romance, or Presents, or which one.

The book started with h, a mechanic called Luciana, IIRC, who wanted to be more feminine. So she enlists the help of her brother's best friend, the H. I don't remember his name, just that he was very manly according to the book. Both of them have feelings for the other and IIRC he saw her naked once when she was a teen. one of those "she was coming out of the shower" situations. Anyways, her original target starts paying attention to her but she's not feeling it. The H takes her shopping and do all the girly things that she missed out on. Her mom died when she was young.

That's all I remember, hopefully it will ring someone's bell
