Ugh. My semester ends tomorrow, and then I get Friday off, and then Monday, it's right back to school!
Li'l friends, where are you all? It's February. Meh. Got a lovely stressful time coming up.
I wanna be a cat, then I canjust sleep, eat and grumble, and no one would care how fat I was.
I don't wanna pick my GCSEs. I've got too much work as it is, this year, withhout it being tripled next year. Ugh, I can't cope.
But Payton is SUPER AWESOME! She gives great advice, and she's like, uber sensible. Merci! Gracias! Danke shon! Danke vel!
im failing the majority of my classes so your all good. everytime you think youre a failure just remeber at least your not as bad as me.!!! ;)
Guys...I have a new obsession. It is a wonderfully horrible thing called Kpop, or, Korean Pop. I got into it about a month ago, and now I cannot get out of it. With its catchy beats and easy to remember English phrases and amazing voices and even hotter faces...this is an obsession that I fear will never go away. Apart from that, almost every single song I love has a dance that goes along to it...guys...I am screwed.
Ugh, look at you guys and your snow days! We had a good foot or two - which, in a rural area, is pretty lethal on the roads - and they still didn't close it! Although, it took a very slow ride to school.Alright for some!
And it was 'snow' cold, too! (lol - I crack myself up)
Well...I am homeschooled. I don't get snow days. Oh, but I finally came up with my new years resolution...like what, a month late? Wanna hear? Well, I'm telling you anyway.1.) Lose weight.
2.) I swear that I am not starting anymore stories until I know that I will be able to finish them. I will start writing them in word document, and when I get comfortable enough, I'll start adding them to goodreads and wattpad. But not until I know I will be able to finish them. This is ridiculous with me.
Soooo...how have the Weirdos been?
Payton wrote: "Very well- AND DID YOU GET THE STORY BACK ON WATTPAD?!"Iie! But I rewrote it. I've got about 4 or 5 chapters up, but I promise, they're like to original. I changed, pretty much nothing except how it was worded cause I didn't have it saved right or something for it to save. The characters are the same, blah, blah, blah. So, its the same story. I'll be working on it when I get the time, so please hang in there!
...Bee...I don't know what to say to that. It's not all its cracked up to be. Its pretty, but then it gets dirty with...dirt and salt and rain. And then it melts and freezes and forms ice and then everyone is slipping, getting in accidents and such. Then, its cold. So cold. You just want to curl in your cocoon of blankets and never come out, but sadly, you can't because you have this thing called school that you have to do and suddenly, snow is not pretty or nice or amazing or impressive, it is a horrible punishment sent from hell.Oi, you don't know what you are missing. I love the Winter time!
@Alexis - lol sounds like me. I keep swearing I'll stick to them and never do. I didn't even make any this year - what's the point? Every year I'm like 'I will lose weight, I will go running every Sunday, I will write a diary, I will be less sarcastic...etc'
And every December 31st at like 11.58pm I'm like, Goddamnit. Looks like I did none of them. Maybe it's not too late to write up about the last 365 days?
I don't bother anymore.
@Bee - OH MY GOSH! I can't even imagine how that is! Do you miss it? Well, I guess you can't miss something you've never seen, but, like, do you wonder about it? It's so strange. Come to chilly England - you'll soon long to be back in sunny Aussie. lol I just spend all the time on my butt in the ice. Obbviously, I'm just that classy (;
Alexis wrote: "Lol Laura. If you don't mind me asking, how much to do you weigh?"Not entirely sure, but I'm a freaking elephant. Like 62kg or something? Why?

I was just wondering because you said that you were like 'I will lose weight'. I don't know what the ideal body type is in England, but here, if you were 62 kg, you'd be around 130-140. That's my goal weight, 130. I'm around like 70kg or something. IDK, our scale here doesn't like to give consistent weights...

Yeah, but you look great! You're slimmer than 95% of all the girls in my class, and the majority of them are tiny - with a fair few the skin-and-bones type. You're gorgeous, Brie!
lol. And just like that, our convos turned into a 'I look so fat in this dress' 'NO! Are you kidding me, I look fat in this dress!' 'No, you both look fine! I'm the dinosaur in this room!'

(I weighed myself last night and it was 65/6kg. So, you know, Idk.) Oh, okay. Well, apparently all our countries are really different in what's seen as an idea weight. Here, I think I should be like 50kg as the optimum weight. But apparently I just fit into 'normal' measures. I'm not convinced. It varies depending on which website you use.
And you guys are all older and probably taller than me, so...
Alexis wrote: "lol. And just like that, our convos turned into a 'I look so fat in this dress' 'NO! Are you kidding me, I look fat in this dress!' 'No, you both look fine! I'm the dinosaur in this room!'"lol 'dinosaur' there's a new one ;)
But yup. I know what you mean. But yeah. I think it just depends on the country/area's 'norm'.
Absinthe wrote: "I'm new here, what is it that you do mostly in this group?"Hey, welcome!
To be quite honest, not a lot. Just chatting about any subjects that catch our eye. Letting our inner weirdos show!
Well, welcome to the group anyhow. :)
Thanks Laura and Torrin. What are some of your favorite things to do? (like in general, out in the real world, or in the fictional world)

(like in general, out in the real world, or in the fictional world)"I like to read, write, draw, listeen to music, crush on guys that are fictional/dead/celebrities/37yrs-old. Wait and WAIT for the nexxt series of Sherlock. The normal.
How about you?
I tend to do a lot of what you just described. The wait for Sherlock is killer but at least there's fanfiction to help me get my fix. I'm also a computer nerd, so I program (I'm majoring in computer engineering and psychology). I do school work and I work and that basically comprises my life. Also cuddling cats...lots of cat cuddles

Ah, yes! Cat-cuddles are the best. :)
The academic/teachery route is commendable. My dad is a teacher, but unfortunately teachers in the U.S. are treated pretty badly so if that's where you live, I wish you the best of luck!

But they're not treated well here either. It's just a very inderrated job.
