On a totally different note, what in hell do you get guys for Christmas?! Argh! I'm doing a Secret Santa in my guy-friends group, and I'm the only girl. I can't even go default on them and buy chocolate and nail-varnish, like I do for my girl-friends.HELP! He likes rugby if it helps, and acting. God knows what else.

Idk Torrin...I don't do that stuff. Maybe a...sweater?! Well, I'm feeling exhausted. Was up at 4:30 black friday shopping. We just got home.
Ugh, me too! But I love my mommaw and my aunt and cousin, so I just go to be with them. At least I get to go to the stores I like.
Urrgh! I just went shopping at the Metrocentre, 1 hour 30 minute drive from my home, which is like this huge shopping complex, with like 8 separate 'malls', each the size of a normal centre.And with yesterday being the last payday before Christmas, it was packed! We were queueing for like 20/30 minutes in each shop, just to pay.
We were there from like 11am until 5pm.
6 hours in people? Not good.
We don't even have Thanksgiving and 'Black Friday' but now some shops are starting to adopt that, so it was packed. Urgh!
And there's still like 60000 people I need gifts for. Looks like I'll be braving the crowds again at some point.
@Torrin, yeah, me too... it wasn't a good experience. And soup sounds better than the suggestion of a cardboard box with 'I don't know' on a slip of paper in it - and that was from one of his close friends, who supposedly knows him!
Yeah, we went to Bed Bath and Beyond or Bath and Body Works or something like that and it was so packed we couldn't get into the store past the front door. And then it stank...like every woman there spilled 5 bottles of different perfumes. It was terrible.

Soooo, I'm writing a new story (I won't be working on it for a bit, but...) and it is exploring some darker themes. Sooo, don't be surprised if you're like...god, what is wrong with her?
Cool! Well, I was sort of worried...I'm not dark or anything, but I'm having fun with it. Well, as fun as a story like this can be. It sort of deals with growing up and standing up for yourself. But I won't really work on it until I get some of my other ones done.
Yeah. I like Wattpad better sometimes, because it lets me save it without publishing so I can just jot down ideas without making them available for everyone else to see.

Mockingjay seemed really rushed and to be honest, I fell asleep while reading it a couple of times.
It took me like, two days to read The Hunger Games and Catching Fire...it took me almost two weeks to read Mockingjay. It felt rushed and drug along...like the author didn't know how to play it. I dunno, I just think it could have been a lot better.

And besides, it's a bucketful of lies. I'm healthy, bar all of the daily feels, but no way in hell am I ever going to go running - unless I'm being chased. And even then, it could be more preferable to be eaten than actually use energy.
I've discovered I'm uber good at procrastinating. In order to avoid learning it for tomorrow's assessment, I've doodled all over my arms, Google search about 6000 people in my class and found their celebrity twins, Facebook-stalked some people, watched some shnizz on TV and scrolled down my Facebook feed for a few hours.
I guess now I should learn it.

Also, has anyone else ever wondered why tests in the Winter half-term are always called 'Christmas Summatives'? Like, 'merry Christmas, have a test! Aren't I so nice?!'. Mmnmnmmmmnh.

I hate running too. I'm pretty healthy compared to some kids of our generation, but I am working out and watching what I eat in hopes of reaching my goal weight by next December. I'm not fat, but a little chunky. I tried running, I hated it. Jillian Michaels (for those of you who don't know, she's like this super famous fitness trainer who was on TV) is what I am doing and after three days, my legs are dead.
I would love to just sit and read, but I can't. I don't know about the mid-term tests you're talking about. I have mid-term tests and that is it. Wrap it up in a bow if you want, you still have to take it. :)
Same here. Running just isn't my thing. I like to dance though. Dancing is fun.
I like netball. Netball is fun. But running is awful.
Is netball like tennis? Or...badminton? I don't mean to be rude...I just really don't know.
I guess it's a British thing. Well, neither, really. It's more like basketball, only you can't run with the ball. I love it :)

Aw, happy birthday for yestrday! Sorry I missed it. :(I've managed to mwss up my shoulder in netball tday, so I've got a gorgeous bruise and a few pulled muscls/ligaments.

Ikr I'm so busy, it's insane. I've had rehearsals every lunchtime last week, and Monday to Thursday after school, then all-day rehearsals today off timetable. Same tomorrow - but until 5pm. Then the dress-rehearsal on Wednesday after-school. Then after that, first week back at school, Wednesday the 7th, we have our first performance.
Seriously, we've only been rehearsing since Mid-End September! I still don't know the plot...
Ugh...I have no time for anything. I have so much schoolwork to do and my semester is ending, and that means...MIDTERMS!!! I am SUPER excited. Note the sarcasm. Yup. Add Christmas shopping. I have no time for anything. I haven't written anything in an embarrassingly long time.
...I hate them. Like, shouldn't all the tests you take before the end of the semester be good enough? I got good grades on all of my tests, so...why do I have to take ANOTHER test to prove what I've already proven with the grades on my tests?
I love how there's you guys with your midterms and semesters and finals and stuff. And there's little me with terms, half-terms, APPs, and exams. It's so strange how different our schooling is...
Oh, that sucks. My winter break starts on the 23rd. I'm super excited for Christmas.
