SOLVED. Substitute husband theme/accidentally pregnant/office setting/boss-secretary. [s]

The heroine is a secretary assistant having a romantic relationship with a colleague. It is a play on Boss-Secretary/assistant romance as the hero is the son or nephew of the guy h works for. In the beginning of the book she learns that the guy she was dating has been cheating on her with the daughter of her boss. She has no idea and she finds out during the engagement party and the H is there to comfort her, H and h make love, h has the morning after regret syndrome and quits her job. But she then turns out to be pregnant and they get married. There is a minor character who is blind I think it is a little girl and there is a scene where she nearly has an accident on the road(the blind girl and her mother are the h's neighbours)

I know this book. I read it as part of a collection of boss/secretary type romance novels... the h's father was a soldier and the only thing the h had of him was a torn up picture, right?
