Can't remember the title or the author

I am racking my brain and my book files trying to find a book. It is a book that is PNR and is about DNA spliced hybrids, like human with lion or tiger etc. I have searched the Breeds by Lora Leigh and New Species by Dohner but I don't know if this book is one of those.

Ok here is the setup:::::

A woman who thinks she is going to a lab to free dna hybrids is accompanied by her husband who pretends to be a good guy but he is really there to film the slaughter of a group in a pit that has knifes slicing up the test subjects. If I remember right, the other animal/humans kept pushing one species to the top of the pit so he would survive.He survives and destroys the lab telling her "he owns her". We think her husband is dead. The lion/ animal guy and the girl meet later and fall in love but the ex is not dead and somehow has bionic legs and can walk. He's still a bad guy though and come back later in the book..

Does any of this sound familiar to yall ??

Dee--if no one on our group can ID this, there is a group specifically set up to help others find forgotten book titles. https://www.goodreads.com/group/show/... join it, put your memories down in Unsolved (remember to put at least a tiny bit of a description in your thread title--"help me" isn't going to get a lot of attention, but "PNR with gene-spliced hybrids" will. A lot of the members of that group only read the threads that are in their particular reading fields, and won't even bother reading anything that just says "help" or variations there-of.

Do not remember the title or the name of the book, only superficially recall actions in it so please help:

The main female character is hidden / abandoned (from mother) from birth among a group of diffrent types of shifters, living in a remote part of England. After their alpha is killed from London comes the main alpha with a group of assistants who maintain order among all shifters. As she is not shifter everyone in the group threatened to be killed if it's found out who is she. The main alpha is fansciniran her and wants her to join him, but she in the end of the first book she flee from him. In the book there are fairy and wizard. I think it was 3 parts and in the last she discovers that she is part dragon and have brother.

I don't know about her having a brother, but the rest of it sounds like . But this series has 5 books, not 3. Is this what you were looking for?
