Does each author require a profile in English?

I searched the forum, but I can't find a related topic, so I hope I'm not just spamming. I've been recently updating quite a few Slovak and Czech authors' profiles with descriptions in either Czech or Slovak languages. Is that a good thing to do considering that the site is in English? However, not all those authors have been translated into English, yet I'm thinking of translating the descriptions into English just so that it's more accessible for anyone using this website. Is this a good thing to do or should I just leave it? Are there any explicit rules for this?

The descriptions should be in the language that the book was written in, so if it is not an English translation it should not be in English.

Also, the only time when an English profile is required is when the Author has been translated into English, if there are not any books by that author in English then there is no reason to create a new profile that is English.
