Won't connect me to my book

I've been trying for 10 days to get my page turned to an author page so I can update my book. I've tried the "Is this you? Let us know." a while back and it still hasn't done anything. I'm at a lose.

Typically author status isn't granted without proof of publication or intent to publish. Does your book have an ISBN or ASIN yet? A cover? A blurb? Do you have a website with a blog that announces the intended publication date? Stuff like that can mean the difference between acceptance and denial of author status for first-time authors.

Yes, I have a cover, blurb, blog and all that. I've been waiting to do my cover reveal until I had the goodreads page good to go. http://alexariley.com/

Goodreads librarians don't have control over granting author status, but to my untrained eye, that looks sufficient. Did you submit a link to your blog when you applied for author status?

As currently listed, your book has no publisher, no publication date, no ISBN or ASIN, etc.

Authors whose only listed book(s) have no publication info are usually not approved for Goodreads Author status.
