First Grave on the Right
question
Has anyone read this author?

Has anyone read any of this book? I want to know if its semi-clean or clean writing. The semi- clean writing means not a lot of cussing. Clean means no cussing.

This is a series for adults - and it is one of my all-time favorites. And although I highly recommend it and have enjoyed listening to the series as a whole through on audible.com many times - I do not recommend it to anyone who would be bothered by adult topics - sex and language. That said - it does not use bad language for its' own sake nor is it a book about sex, although it does have a at least one explicit scene per book. Primarily it is a FUN, original story that sadly is coming to an end all too soon.
I love this book! It's not clean though. There is quite a bit of graphic language, both cussing and detailed intimate encounters. Also a fair share of innuendo.
I have read this book, like 6 times! There is graphic language and sex scenes. If you like some mystery and funny narrators, you can like it.
Love this series. Started it the end of June on Book 6. And I do concur, graphic language and sex scenes, but very little cussing.
I've been reading the whole series - well, at least the first 6 until I got sidetracked. I've really enjoyed these books so far. Yes, there is the cussing, but frankly I just kind of ignore it. The characters are fun, and funny. I've read books that are worse with the cussing, so this one was kind of "medium?" in that regard. Like I said, I've just kind of learned to read over the cussing and ignore it. If you can do that, I think that you'll enjoy the series.
I am on book 5, and am still in love. Not meant for younger readers, for language, and intimate scenes. Wonderful story's and I'm just in love.
I love the book and the series. Laugh and cry. Several co-workers and friends are now hooked on them too.
