GR standard is to begin page count on the first numbered page https://www.goodreads.com/help/show/2..., so that would put it at 250, correct? And the author's name on Goodreads should match the name the book is published under; in this case the cover reads Tiffany N. Carter Scott, so that's how the author name will be listed.

Introductory material paged using roman numerals is not included in the total page count. What is the page count, beginning with the first numbered page, not including the pages with roman numerals?
The name is listed as it appears on the cover of the book.
The last page is numbered 256.When the book is on a shelf sorted by author, it should be in the C's.
