Sanjiv | 2 comments I am not a doctor, neither a nutritionist nor even a dietitian, more over not even a science student. But I do believe that these are not the qualifications required to write a book on health. Health belongs to every species of mother nature and everyone has a right to understand the health, not as a science but in a description, he can understand. Health is a science, but not a rocket science.
The last book on health, is an attempt to view health as an art and the science of the health to follow. It is developed on mother nature's logics and is pragmatic to the core, so that you can relate it to your daily routine. Unlike conventional health books, 'The last book on health' does not advice you any diet charts, exercise routines and has no science language. It is indeed one of the complete book you will ever read on health and promises to develop an understanding on health, so that you don't have to follow any misleading articles, books, journals or whatsapp gyan, henceforth. It will be your last book on health, to guide you to define your own definition of health.

I am willing to share the preface with the selected reviewers, only preface to start with, though the book is complete and at the proof reading stage. I am looking for authors, avid readers for straight forward feedback in detail, who are willing to answer via questionnaire. This is my third book, with first published with Rupa, Building Brand YOU! Sanjiv S Chaudhary.
please write to me at chaudhary_sanjiv@yahoo.co.in with brief details about you.
