This edition (ASIN B00VZI5ULU) of the Jurassic Park / The Lost World combo is not actually a Kindle edition.

It is the series page on Amazon showing all books in the series and allows you to buy the Kindle editions of books one and two (which, when you purchase actually purchases two separate books with their own ASINs and not a boxed set).

So as the ASIN is simply for the series page on Amazon (like they set up for a lot of series) and not actually a book it doesn't belong on GR.

My question is, do I merge it into the default for the Jurassic Park / The Lost World combo which is a Hardcover edition as there is no actual Kindle edition of the combo? Or does it get merged into a Kindle edition of book 1? I'm inclined to merge it into the default for the combo editions as then the reviews would match the contents even if the format differs.

Then, do I re-add a listing with the ASIN and NAB it so it doesn't get reimported?

I think that's the best option.
