Example of different ways this is currently done by different people:
- both volume titles, each with its own series numbering
La forteresse de Makiling (Largo Winch, #7); L'heure du tigre
- both volume titles, with additional content, and series title and numbering in title
Largo Winch, coffret de 2 volumes, tome 7 et tome 8 : La Forteresse de Makiling ; L'Heure du tigre
- only cover title, with series numbering in parentheses using GR series feature
The Hour of the Tiger
-and, finally, cover title + series title in book name, with English series numbering which differs from original French
Largo Winch Vol.4: The Hour of the Tiger

> La forteresse de Makiling (Largo Winch, #7); L'heure du tigre (Largo Winch, #8)
Is this a box set? or a single book ?
To me "Largo Winch : 20 ans" should be mentionned in title.
I would prefer: (Largo Winch, #7-8)
According to Librarian manual (Largo Winch, #7-8) is optional, numbering is correctly specified in "series" setting.
Books mentioned in this topic

Largo Winch, coffret de 2 volumes, tome 7 et tome 8 : La Forteresse de Makiling ; L'Heure du tigre (other topics)
The Hour of the Tiger (other topics)
This concerns books with short stories mentioned in the title.
I saw different methods and nothing is mentioned in Librarian Manual (ok, I read stuff in "omnibus/boxed sets" section..), but this should be clarified for short stories.
Karen Blixen or Zweig are good example.

What's good:
Anecdotes of Destiny & Ehrengard
Anecdotes of Destiny / Ehrengard
Anecdotes of Destiny ~ Ehrengard
Anecdotes of Destiny, Ehrengard
Anecdotes of Destiny and Ehrengard
I'd vote for forward slash.
