Another police officer shot, this time responding to a domestic violence call. New York State Trooper Is Shot Dead
Ugh. I'll note that there are two typos in the first couple of paragraphs, with what should apparently be the word 'garage' replaced with the word 'garbage'. So the bodies were not waiting in the trash to be taken out - but they were in the garage for months. Was nobody asking after these bodies? Cremains should be returned in a matter of a couple of weeks, not months.
It "cremains" to be seen how they were avoiding proper oversight. One simple thing you could do is just empty the ashtrays into a Ziploc, mark it with the decedent's name and put it in the urn the family chooses. Why you would want to is a whole separate question. It seems to me we get these cases happening periodically and I just don't get why. I read in Dr. G's book that one of her very first cases as a medical examiner was sorting through a huge number of improperly-disposed-of bodies after something similar happened in Florida, and Thomas Lynch wrote about pitching in on straightening out yet another one.

Most of this research was done years ago - wonder why we haven't heard more about it? This is the first I've heard of the story. Looks like it will be a film next year.

"That's probably the answer right there. They saved it up, not only for the anniversary of Hoffa's disappearance (see the pertinent listings on this very discussion forum!!), but for the release of the movie.

This is especially remarkable in Ann Arbor, a hotbed of safe-spacers and the epicenter of all P.C. Thought Police activity in the state. Even when I was attending college there as an undergrad and I was surrounded by my skinhead friends, to them it was just a fashion statement imported from Great Britain. As soon as they found out it really meant you were a Neo-Nazi they changed over immediately to tie-dye Bob Marley t-shirts and dreadlocks.
Now, this could not possibly sound any more suspicious:http://nypost.com/2017/08/21/submarin...
