It's more a question of whether something never publicly available can be considered published. We would generally go with no, and requiring account creation is not publicly available.

THIS edition doesn't have an ISBN. ISBN 8501156035 is the ISBN-10 from another edition which ISBN-13 is 9788501156037.

They're from different publishers (rival companies). I posted links from Worldcat showing the differences and proving my point.

One was added by smashwords, but that book was never published and is deleted from their database. Please delete the entire editions, or at the very least, it would be helpful if the covers were deleted.

#88: There are indications on Amazon, Book Depository, and Smashwords (all of which still show images of the covers at the time of writing) that these books were published at some time. This is borne out by phrases such as “no longer available”, “currently unavailable”, etc., which imply that the work was available via their distribution before.

In alignment with Goodreads policy, books once published are not removed from the database, even if they were never sold, are out of print, or no longer available—for whatever reason.

The second link is marked as an ACE but has an identical cover from what I can tell. The ACE has never had it's cover changed and the ISBN edition has the original cover uploaded for that edition. The ISBN edition did have a cover change reverted a few months ago which is why the ACE may now be obsolete because the ISBN edition had its cover incorrectly changed at one point.

Just wanted to make sure the covers are actually the same and I'm not missing something small before I separate and merge.

The two images look identical to me.

✼ I find the following technique effective:
Open both (enlarged) images in separate browser tabs and switch rapidly between the two tabs keeping eyes on the screen—the eye will catch any differences (barring those at the quantum level!).
