adding all e-books

This came out first on Kobo so I entered the Kobo isbn first. It's now out, and free, everywhere. I'm not sure how to add the other links.

The B&N numbers confuse me. I can't tell which one is the book's id.

I added the Kindle edition https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...

On the ebook edition the link to BN works, so that one doesn't need a new edition. And I don't see an identification number on the itunes link.

(And we can't take data from booksellers, other than Amazon.)
