Should we have some year-long challenges for 2015? Like whoever reads the most books wins, or an alphabet challenge (a book for every letter)? Or monthly challenges that you get points from and can add up at the end of the year?

I love that idea!! Maybe for number 18 it could just be any prize, instead of just that one? Do you want to set that up, and I'll set up the alphabet challenge?

I was thinking for the BOTM we could do buddy reads with a schedule. We can read a certain amount of chapters (or a book) each week, and discuss them together

That's a great idea and we could do that with SOTM's as well :)

Yeah, I just don't know how well that'd work. Would we do a book a week? :)

Could do but it depends on the length and the average pages per day. I still think it's a good idea though.
