Jennifer (jhaltenburger) Connie, first of all I'm withholding the comment about you picking a book with a form of the verb "dangle" in it.... second of all, we're all starting to doubt that you ever get past the covers of those books, and third of all I pick Untamed (Hotel Temptation, #3) by Caitlin Crews for you.

Thank you Connie,
since it's a chick-lit & biography I'm looking very much forward to read it and hope it's as good as the blurb indicates.
I was looking for something on Amazon yesterday and noticed they changed this perfectly good cover and wanted to slap someone - the new cover's so ugly. I'm glad the change didn't make it to my eReaders yet so I don't have to deal with it each time I open or close the book.

I don't like when they do that!!

I even noticed it with the ebooks from the library. You borrow one cover and then it shows up different in Adobe.

Oh yes! That's really maddenig, especially if you borrow a book because you need this cover for a challenge and you get something different.

There's one particular publisher who always approves me, and those are the books I'm most interested in. So far I'm good, even being so far behind.

Jennifer (jhaltenburger) I finally read While My Pretty One Knits (Black Sheep Knitting Mysteries, #1) by Anne Canadeo which was chosen for me a handful of picks ago. Good series start although it's taken me longer than it should have to get used to the idea that the main character isn't the owner of the store that's the one of the focuses of the series. I've been brainwashed by cozies!

I've finished the book Agnieszka chose for me a few weeks ago. After a slow-ish start that seems to be common in first-in-a-series books (at least for me), I ended up liking the book and will, of course, look for the next book in the series.
