since it's a chick-lit & biography I'm looking very much forward to read it and hope it's as good as the blurb indicates.
I was looking for something on Amazon yesterday and noticed they changed this perfectly good cover and wanted to slap someone - the new cover's so ugly. I'm glad the change didn't make it to my eReaders yet so I don't have to deal with it each time I open or close the book.

I even noticed it with the ebooks from the library. You borrow one cover and then it shows up different in Adobe.

Oh yes! That's really maddenig, especially if you borrow a book because you need this cover for a challenge and you get something different.

I'm afraid that if I'm too late with my reviews, I won't get approved for the books I want in the future ... and I hate being late for much of anything!

So far I'm good, even being so far behind.

Hmmm... since it's such a beautiful day here today, the beach on the cover of The Beautiful Strangers really caught my eye, Jennifer. I've finished the book Agnieszka chose for me a few weeks ago. After a slow-ish start that seems to be common in first-in-a-series books (at least for me), I ended up liking the book and will, of course, look for the next book in the series.

Seems that a lot of series authors are writing stand alones these days, so we'll have to wait and see what happens with this one.
