Here are my next five hot-guy covers. No drooling, please.

Thank you Connie,
since it's a chick-lit & biography I'm looking very much forward to read it and hope it's as good as the blurb indicates.
I was looking for something on Amazon yesterday and noticed they changed this perfectly good cover and wanted to slap someone - the new cover's so ugly. I'm glad the change didn't make it to my eReaders yet so I don't have to deal with it each time I open or close the book.
I don't like when they do that!!
I even noticed it with the ebooks from the library. You borrow one cover and then it shows up different in Adobe.

Oh yes! That's really maddenig, especially if you borrow a book because you need this cover for a challenge and you get something different.

One more to read before I jump back into the game :)

There's one particular publisher who always approves me, and those are the books I'm most interested in. So far I'm good, even being so far behind.

ROFL I've never been called any kind of angel before, and my family would probably fall off their chairs laughing at the thought :)

Same here. They’d laugh til milk came out their noses.
So we don't get to far ahead of the last set of choices, here they are:

My new next five:

Barb, I pick for you

My new next five:

Hubby and I were in the Caribbean -- Jamaica, Grand Cayman and Cozumel, Mexico. It was *really hard coming home :)
"Barb, I pick for you A Patchwork of Clues (Queen Bees Quilt Shop #1) by Sally Goldenbaum because of the beautiful Quilt. Since I love them this book landed on my watchlist on Amazon and because it's not that expensive I'm considering to buy it. Could you please let me know how you liked it?"
Thanks, Agnieszka, I'll post here when I get around to reading it :) I have a few other books I need to read before I can start this one, though.

Barb,
the location sounds great and I can understand you liked it there. How did you get anything read there? ;-)
And no hurry with the book.

LOL We had a LOT of downtime. I chose to spend mine sitting by the pool with my Kindle, reading and watching to world go by :)

Sounds like THE perfect vacation to me :-)

I've finished the book Agnieszka chose for me a few weeks ago. After a slow-ish start that seems to be common in first-in-a-series books (at least for me), I ended up liking the book and will, of course, look for the next book in the series.

I'm not sure this is part of a series... at least not yet? Seems that a lot of series authors are writing stand alones these days, so we'll have to wait and see what happens with this one.

point taken, but you're harshing my pout, there barb, and i had quite the good pout going.
