Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't see your name up there, Trisha! By all means if you need to read it sooner you two can go on without me. But I can't take the book because it's a Link+ one and they only allow me five and I'm at my limit. Then I have to check them out within 10 days so I have two that I have to pick up today or lose.

In fact in another thread I told you a little bit about what happened at the library today but the other part I did not tell you is that their computers were down and so they went ahead and loaned me my link plus books so I was able to get this one also. So I will try to start it tomorrow as well and hopefully Kiki can too.

I just finished part 1. I just love to be back in this world. I ended up ignoring a bunch of my other goals for the day and just reading this one.

I feel so bad for (view spoiler)[ Weston. It must be scary when you can't remember who you are. I'm not sure him and Tatum hanging out is the best idea because obviously Tatum can't help but expect more than Wes can offer at the moment. (hide spoiler)]

I think something happened (view spoiler)[between Weston and Kyle in the past. Maybe Kyle was somehow involved in Weston's disappearance just before he was taken by the program. I think Wes also did something that hurt or would have hurt Tatum but Tatum never had time to find out. (hide spoiler)]

I'm curious about (view spoiler)[ the adjustment but I think it definitely won't be harmless. The fact that it has embraced the program colors should be warning enough. And how did they know Tatum's last name. Did they track her cell or something? (hide spoiler)]

Kiki, I am really confused. On GR this book shows as book 3 in the series, but when I opened the book to read it, it says it's book 5. So if I haven't read or do you think I should still read this one or would it be better to read the other two first? They aren't listed as 3 and 4 on GR but as 0.05 and 0.06 I think. I don't know what I should do.

The remedy and The epidemic are actually prequels. They take place before the suicide epidemic started and they have different characters as well. I don't think it matters you haven't read them. I haven't read the Epidemic either. Those books tell the story of how the suicide epidemic started in the first place.

Part 1 too

and I got goosebumps from that last line. EEEE!!!

I agree, I think Wes did something before he was taken away
and I think it might have been with Kyle - but I don't think it was something that would have hurt their relationship
I think he did something that got him picked up or got him on their radar. I think he learned something - or tried to save someone....He seemed like he had such a huge heart.... (hide spoiler)]

You should be able to jump right in. There is a lot of backstory interwoven into the new story and should remind you all about the other books! :)

Now I definitely don't trust him and the Adjustment. Or he probably thinks he's doing something right but I don't know. Of course I haven't read the Epidemic. Why would her grandparents do that?
her grandma clearly drugged her!! To keep the memories away!!

I can only think it was because she was so torn over whatever happened to Wes.....OR she was pulled in to something that her grandparents knew she knew too much and needed her to forget what she knew.....

I also think(view spoiler)[ Tatum's and Wes's relationship was not healthy. I'm sad it hurt them both so much. It probably would have been better if they had just forgot each other. But like you, I think they will be together again. (hide spoiler)]

I knew (view spoiler)[ Jana was a handler after all! I hope she's dating Nathan for real and not just using him. I also thought there might have been something between Tatum and Nathan but mostly I thought it was one-sided...Nathan having feelings for Tatum. (hide spoiler)]
